We take an advocacy approach to design and work with integrity to bring your vision to life. We manage every step with meticulous attention to the details, allowing our clients to focus on their lives.

1. Discovery Phase

Learning to dance together!

We will explore every corner of your project, how you want to feel in the space, your budget and your timeline. We will also walk you through our personalized process and what you can expect from our design team.

This phase includes:

- Design Survey: your answers come directly to us in preparation for our virtual meet & greet

- Virtual Meet & Greet: we’ll discuss our processes and how we can best address your needs

- Initial Visit: an in-person visit to further assess the space

- Scope of Work Development & Contract Proposal

2. Design Phase

Let’s get fired up! 

Taking all of the information collected during the Discovery Phase, we get to work developing a vision for your project and then teasing out all of the details that ensure its success. 

Design drawings are completed, finishes and materials are selected, evolving into a comprehensive Design Package that we’ll use as our road map to get us to the finish line. 

This phase includes:

- Design Concept Development & Presentation

- Design Package Development & Presentation

- Sourcing: purchases, ordering, commissioning

3. Installation Phase

Pulling it all together!

Depending on the scope of the project, we will subcontract through our trusted network of contractors and trades to complete the build portion. Furnishings and other decor items are installed, styling the space in preparation for photography and your big reveal.

This phase includes:

- Build: structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.

- Furniture install: every item is brought in and placed in its dedicated spot

- Styling: the extra touch that makes all the difference

- Photography: a photo session that gets all the angles covered

- Reveal Day: keep it just for you or invite family & friends

  • Retailers’ design consultants are a great resource to use and we work quite closely with many of them as they have in-depth knowledge of the items they carry. That being said, they are limited to items found in their own showrooms, which can leave your space feeling one-dimensional. We curate from multiple retailers, artists, and other resources to add depth and meaning to your space.

  • A Concierge is often described as a Caretaker. That’s how strongly we feel about our role and responsibility in your project - the level of service and attention to detail that we bring. We go beyond transforming your vision into reality. We design a space you didn’t know you needed! Everything is taken care of so you can keep your focus on your life.

  • Design fees are determined by an hourly fee and will therefore vary depending on the scope of a project. There is an engagement fee of $400 for the Initial Visit, which ensures our respective commitment to the project prior to moving forward. When looking at budgets, it is best if you determine the level of investment you can make. After that, we will discuss with you options for scope and purchases that align within that budget.

  • The earlier, the better! Whether looking at furnishings or a full home build, getting us involved early will not only ensure a cohesive design, it will also save you time and money.

  • We actually encourage incorporating items you already own and that hold special meaning in your life. A previous investment piece can be used as an inspiration jump-off point or a family heirloom can be refinished in order to incorporate it into the colour scheme.

  • We strive to ensure the highest standards throughout all aspects of our projects, therefore we work only with our network of trusted contractors and builders. Contracts for these services are handled through us, as Project Manager in our turn-key design solution.
